Sommelier
Mary proudly curates the extensive wine selection. She takes great pride in having tasting each wine on the shelves and is eager to share her passion with everybody. She is also a geek loving Doctor Who, super heroes and Hanson. She is a Court of Masters Sommelier and a WSET Level 2 Specialist.
Sascha
Beer Dude/ Mixologist
Passionate about craft beer and believes there is little time in life to drink bad beer. Born and raised in Germany he is really proud of his beer heritage. Avid foodie and always eager to learn new things. He is in charge of Wolfgang's Lounge & Social House.
